Is online giving secure?
Yes, it is! For your protection, our credit card and bank account processing services employ 128-bit encryption – a complex, secure encoding system used by banks and other financial institutions.
When are gifts processed?
You get to choose the date your gifts will be processed.
What if I’m not a BVCC member? Will I still get receipts for tax purposes?
Absolutely. Just make sure to provide your correct address information. Every BVCC giver receives a tax contribution statement whether they’re a member or not. If you’re a visitor, we’re happy to receive your gift above and beyond your normal giving to your own home church.
What if I want to cancel or change my online giving?
You may cancel or make changes to contributions any time before processing is complete. Once your contribution has processed, you can no longer make changes through your online giving account.
Will my online gifts be included on my statement of contributions?
Of course!
Can I view my past giving history online?
When you establish your online giving account, it takes about three days to process before your history shows up in the system. After that, it’ll be available to you at any time.
