Tell us a little about your family and ministry background...

I have a beautiful wife, Christina. We were married in 2009 and we're expecting our first child in 2012. I'm the children's pastor.

I actually interned under Pastor Nevin while going to Global University. I have been the Children's pastor since 2010.

What do like most about being a pastor at Bonita Valley?

I like showing kids that a life with God is the best choice that they can make and how to attain a life like that. I also like showing kids and their families that church doesn't have to be boring.

Other than the Bible, what are your favorite books or authors?

Refuel by Doug Fields; Velvet Elvis by Rob Bell; Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller; as well as biographies on athletes.

What is your favorite movie?

The Sandlot

What music do you enjoy most?

Hip-hop (not RAP!) and Jazz

What do you enjoy doing most on your day off?

SLEEPING IN! But golf or video games come in a close second.
